Dear Sir or Ma'am,
Writing a recommendation for Nathon Lacorte is easy and natural for me, as he has gone above and beyond the call of being my Real Estate Agent.
I was attempting to purchase a place in Naples , Florida while I was still residing in Connecticut . My mortgage broker up in Connecticut made things very difficult. Nathan worked endlessly on trying to save that deal, spending much time and effort talking to me, my laywer and mortgage brokers in Florida . That deal fell through because my mortgage broker dropped the ball and couldn't give me a final mortgage commitment in time.
I was so upset. Nathan then became not only my Real Estate Expert, but also, my counselor. He reassured me not to worry, that he would find another, comparable, home for me in Naples . Talk about holding to his word, within twenty four hours he found me another home, exactly the same style and around the same location as the one that fell through.
With his leadership and recommendations on how I should pursue purchasing this home, along with his great recommendation of a mortgage broker, we closed on that home.
The story doesn't end there. Nathan continues to be there for me. Right after the purchase of my home, he was able to get me a better refrigerator than the one that came with the home I bought, and he directed me to some excellent carpenters who helped me fix-up my place, and a year later I'm still using those carpenters. Nathan has always continued to be there for me, as I decided to rent the home. He did the networking and advertising, and secured a renter within a week or so.
Over the past year, he's there whenever I need him to help me with anything concerning my home, and he sometimes calls just to check in.
To Nathan Lacorte, I give the highest recommendation from a history of experience. He is people friendly, hard working, knowledgeable about everything pertaining to Real Estate, a savvy business person, and, I think most importantly, a person who can be counted on.
